Hello,
Offering to replace the 11" Air LCD panels for customers has a hidden benefit - each broken LCD has a board that you can scavenge a 30 pin lvds connector from that will work for many models of macbooks.
If you finding yourself only ordering a few a month this is a good way to save money on parts. If you already have to order bulk, well... this is probably more hassle than it's worth.
