GPU or vram?

Imac with GPU 216-0732019
Video like in the image. I heated the GPU but no change. Seems to be vram? I am not sure if first I have to replace GPU or vram. There are 8 vram...

I have never had VRAM issues with these, just replace the GPU first.

I asked about vram as this week I replaced gpu 9000 in macbook pro 15 from 2011 and after that it reboot sometimes when use more intensive GPU. I replaced GPU again and same problem, and in this board I have only 2 samsung vram and I think the problem is vram. What is your experience in these models?
