harin 820-4924 fan full, cpu underclocked

2015 pro came in with a high fan spin and really slow os
inspection
corrosion on I/O board, replaced I/O board same problem
asd efi reports
there may be an issue with the power management system ref PPN001
there may be an issue with the smc ref pfm006
istat menus installed, shows nothing abnormal
removed jtag (because f apple)
corrosion around u5870, reflow, boots really slow and about 80% glitches out and turns to a white screen
u5870 and surrounds replaced, ultrasonic, alcohol, dry

Does it boot into diagnostics now?
So it cannot boot OSX and crashes?

after the white screen it starts the booting screen again

no, now the keyboard and trackpad seem to be not working,
it looks like its booting without the trackpad cable plugged in, slow
then it glitches out goes white and then to some menu, maybe recovery

That looks like a RAM issue. Could be corrosion under RAM or CPU or anywhere in the RAM circuit really.
