i'm very very sad because i've deleted the post i've created some days ago...i will try to summarize as better as i can:

820-00840, completely dead not switching to 20v

after changed 2 usb controller, 20v but no boot. all voltages present in loop. macbook like in boot loop. changed bios and smc: no luck

smc bypass only possible with port near trackpad.

tried a good battery and discovered voltages all present and stable. voltages present and unstable with power supply only.

changed isl9239 and macbook boot with battery only, pressing power button, but i have fake charging (sound, charging symbol but it can't charge)

changed another isl9239, now it boot always with power supply only. with battery connected or battery connected + power supply connected, a lot of times it doesn't boot at all (i can hear charging sound but nothing on screen, track pad not working).

and i confirm that the port near the screen, doesn't recognize usb drive at all. (blinking led doesn't appear). but it charge without problem

ok, changing u3200 now i can read usb drive.

i have a lot of problem to use external monitor throug usb c adapter...but it is not a foundamental problem at the moment.

i don't understand why i cant boot with battery only or power supply + battery...i will tra another battery flat...just in case...

and i have also a big column darker then the rest of the screen

ok...so i need some help.

i'm at the point that

macbook boot without problemi WITHOUT BATTERY

macbook can't boot with battery and power supply: fan start spin, i hear charging sound than fan stop spin and nothing happen (i have 1,1a on power meter that drop to 0,6 as soon as fan stop spin)

macbook can't boot with battery (nothing happen when a push power button)

i've changed battery flat cable without luck

What is PPBUS_G3H voltage with charger & battery connected?

Check Q7065 voltages; be sure isn't shorted.
Also check voltage and diode mode to ground at SCL/SDA lines of battery bus.
