[help] A2941 / MacBook Air M2 15” 2023 flat dead

hi to all, please help me! for me it's the first time with this type of board.

it is totally dead. my amp meter in idle is at 5v@0.030. as soon as i connect the magsafe it goes to 0,053 and stay there. no light from magsafe

where to start?

Check PPBUS_AON and 3V8_AON.
If no voltage, check in diode mode.

Any history available?
