Hi, ive got an 820-2530 not turning on, have green charging light

Hi, ive got an 820-2530 not turning on,no signs of water damge, have a green charging light, ppbus g3h is 12.51v , missing pp3v3_s3, at Q7910 i get 3.3v on pin 4 and 3.1v at pin 3 yet nothing going to pins 1,2,5,6 , there is no short on any of the pins of q7910, i have tried jumping from pin 4 to pins 1,2,5,6 and it will stay at 3.3v but still wont turn on (also have changed Q7910) am i looking in the wrong place ???

Do you get correct voltage at L7770?

Check ressitance to ground at L6995, on 200k scale.

Also check MCP's RTC signals and oscillation at Y2810.

Hi voltage at l7770 is 1.05v, dont have 200k scale on meter but in diode mode it reads 0.323 which is the same as a working board

I never saw multimeter w/o 200k scale.
You probably have auto-range one and should check on ohm scale then.
Even that should have range select option.
Diode mode is not sufficient, you should get more than 30k there...

What about the other signals?

yes meter is autorange i get 0.646 kohms , range only has Ohms ,Kohms and Mohms, what do you mean by MCP's ?

That value points to a bad MCP79.
The other signals required I supposed to be bad too...
