HP M6-1158ca power button light stays on for a second

Hi,
I have a Compel LA-8711P board that gets power for an S5, S4, S3 and even turns on briefly with a quater fan spin, but shuts down after a second. There was a tiny amount of liquid damage around the mosfet Q43 and a 200k resistor R181. I was able to clean the corrosion off and replace R181, but still having the same issue? is 3V_PCH present?? What is the voltage on pins 2 and 5 from Q43??

aprendiz I get 4.65 on pins 2&5 meaning I'm getting PCH_PWR_EN# and #3V_PCH is not present, and now I've also replaced Q43. I'm getting VSB+ but on the other side of the 200k resitor R181 I get nothing, not sure if that's normal.

Ok, yes it does become present briefly when it's trying to turn on

search for missing voltage, use chart from page 44 (Voltage Rails)......
