What does the system's audio settings say? Can it find the device or does it not show any outputs?

Already tried booting from a external hard drive to verify the issue is not with the installation? Since I still doubt that software caused audio hardware to break, at best it was just bad luck that it happened around the same time

I used the bios that you gave to me. already cleaned ME ... This machine comes to me with a problem NO Sound! But i think the problem is the bios and i try to programmer and fuck the original bios.. I think the bios is not the problem..

Alright so something freaky is going on with the Audio Codec U6101. Its probably not something much further down the line because both channels are not working.

What are the voltages of the following traces (Probe close to the chip):
- PP3V3_S0_AUDIO
- PP4V5_AUDIO_ANALOG
- PP5V_S0_AUDIO

It is just a software issue with parallels. Just uninstall it. If it works in OSX there is nothing wrong with the hardware.

- PP3V3_S0_AUDIO - 3.32
- PP4V5_AUDIO_ANALOG - 4.4V
- PP5V_S0_AUDIO - 4.98V

This board passed all tests in ASD... I think if that was a problem Hardware wasn't passed all tests!!

If you feel like repairing the board instead of getting a USB audio card you can replace the chip (U6101)

If you want to be sure that the chip is actually malfunctioning you can check the signal of HDA_SDOUT with a oscilloscope (It should differ when playing audio vs. playing nothing). If there is no signal at all the codec is not receiving any audio information and thus not malfunctioning.
You might also check PP1V5_S0_AUD_DIG and the 3 other power lines you checked earlier right at the chips pins to exclude the chance of it being a broken trace (very unlikely)

But again like duke said you can also just get a USB audio device as output, but not sure if the customer would be happy with that. Its up to you/them
