Imac 820-2494-A no image

Hi everyone!

I have a problem with the logic board mentioned above. The Imac turns on, but no image (dark black) after 2 minutes the screen go from dark black to light gray.

With new screen same situation.

And i can not get any image with the external monitor.

Any ideas with this?

I've seen MCP issues causing display problems on these. Heat the MCP see if it makes a difference.
