Hi,
I have an iPad Pro 11” (3rd generation – model A2377) with a non-functioning Face ID. It consistently displays the message: “Move iPad higher/lower” during setup.
When inspecting the TrueDepth system with an infrared-sensitive camera, I noticed that the dot projector is not emitting any red IR light, which I suspect indicates a failure in that component. Would you agree this points to a faulty dot projector?
I own a QianLi iCopy 2.2 with a compatible Face ID board for iPad Pro 3rd/4th Gen.
Is it possible to repair this issue using the iCopy tool? If so, could you clarify:
