Flir has 2 cameras - one thermal and second you'll see a sketch.They don't really match each other from short distance but you can recognise which part is short.
To make sure just pour IPA in that area but it's not necessary.

Flir one works good for me and it's about 10mm difference but you can use to it .
Tools are the same as for Macbook.
Hakko is my favourite brand (FM-203 +mini hot tweezers) and another soldering iron fx-888 with bent tip
Heat gun FR-810 , Amscope miscroscope but my one is binocular maybe later I'll upgrade it.
