iphone 5s - water damage - red screen on boot - restart

Hi there,

I need data from water damaged iphone 5s. Did an ultrasonic clean. On boot I get apple logo followed by red screen and then phone restarts into the same loop. Please advice how to proceed.

Get rid of any data lines going to prox/als sensor, and remove compass ic. Attempt
update but Likelihood of data is low.
