Is it possible to fix a missing pad to place pin on motherboard LCD

I happen to rip off one pad on 30pin imac 27" A1312.. Is there a way to fix it? [h=1][/h]

99% of the cases you can run a strand of wire to the component the pad used to go to. Depends on which pin got ripped.

Can I just place the new LCD LVDS cable right on top of it and solder? or is it broken.. and need wire?

You can see the via that the trace is running to. Just solder a strand of wire to the via and then to the connector pin.

Yes, that is the via you need to solder to.
