U8900 resolder on 820-3332.

The rest will all be liquid damage and could be anything.

bad 821-0814-A sata flex cables on the 13" 2011. Replace with newer revision part. 821-2049-A

So JTAG and backlight fuses I hear a lot of grumbling about is all liquid damage related?

yes. fuses rarely break. it usually the lcd connector gotten liquid there.
