Disconnect LIO flex, keep only 5 pins DC connector.
See if something change.
Try to start in SMC bypass mode.
Are you using original Magsafe 2 charger?
Post exact voltage for PPBUS_G3H.
Also post SMC_ADAPTER_EN, PM_BATLOW_L, PM_SLP_SUS_L, 3V3_S5, 3V3_SUS, S5_PWRGD, PCH_DSWVRMEN, PM_DSW_PWRGD, PM_RSMRST.
Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check for any reaction at PM_PWRBTN_L.
Any of PM_SLP_Sx_L signals react at same time?
See if something change.
