M1 Air With backlight but no image

Good day. I have a MacBook Air 820-02016, the machine displays fine on external but on internal, I only get backlight with no image, am actually lost on where to begin on this one, please help.

Test with known good LCD assembly.

The client collected the device, I did try a different screen but no changes.
