Hi,
I have that MacPro which just light the I/O board for a few seconds and then turns off.
I can't even say it tries to turn on.
After disassembling the unit, I've found some corrosion on the interconnection board.
I have reworked that board as thorougly as I could but no improvements.
I am getting some 11V 3,4V measurements on the interconnection board so I assume the power supply is fine and the board itself is having power.
I have heard that these machines could have GPU defects which would leads to a brick MacPro but since there was some corrosion on the interconnection board...
Anyone has experience how to troubleshoot such unit?
