Macbook 12 not turning on I hear a charger being plugged in faintly

Macbook 12 not turning on but i hear a charger being plugged in faintly how can I tell if this is a logicboard or LCD issue without an lcd to test?

You can't.....Carefully check if it is not just a backlight issue, very hard to see the image on these LCDs. Could be a damaged cable if the machine was messed with, they are not hard to replace.
