Check voltage on the pads:
Pp5v_s4 5.1v
Smc_sensor_pwr_en: 3.3v
P5v_s4sw_sns_fet_ramp: It ranges from 1v to 600mv
Pp5v_s4sw: now It ranges from 1v to 600mv

Really no need to measure PPBUS in 5 points!

VCCGT only appears under high graphics load; no short there.

This is a problem.
Check diode mode to ground first.
If no short, post U9400 voltages; pins 19, 20, 15.
