Macbook 820-00165 PPBUS 8.17V

Have a Macbook 820-00165 that does not turn on.

PBUS_G3H is 8.17V
PP3V42_G3H is 3.42V.

No Magsafe Light. No Fan Spin.
C3215 - PP15V_TBT Corrded. 0V on this line.
C5020 But PP3V3_S5_AVREF_SMC has 3.3V on other Caps.

Should we replace this components ?

All other Voltages are stable and normal

R7100 has 0 ohm???

Try replacing SMC with known good one.
