Macbook 820-00165 Weird Issue

Macbook Came in Dead.
MagSafe light is there.
Fan Spin Normal
PPBUS present
PP3v42_g3h present.
U1950 Voltages present.
Around 500 mAmps draw but will not turn.

Removed Wifi Stick and found first 3 pins totally corroded. Cleaned it.
It turned on once and froze on the login menu and didn't turn on again.
All Pins of the J3501 have correct diode mode readings.
Checked the wifi section as well. Seems fine.

Very likely something else corroded on the MLB.
Inspect J/U6100/1, all SPI Bus Series Termination resistors and their traces.

Removed J6100.
Re did U6100. All seem fine.
Still no action
