Boot USB macOS and check if internal SSD is recognized in Disk Utility.

When i boot usb macos and connect it to a external screen (the screen flex is torn).
It gets stuck in the apple logo with loading bar - after selecting the macos and booting option

Does it load macOS from USB with J9600 disconnected?

Its the same. I press the option button. Select Macos from bootable disk.
Apple Logo comes.
The the loading bar appears and then it stops there.

Nothing beyond that.

Try known good BIOS, clean ME...
