Missing only backlight, internal image present for sure?
Do you get any voltage at C9797?
What's diode mode to ground there?

So backlight circuit is enabled, just not boosting.
Check if D9701 isn't shorted (A-K).
BKL_PWM, exact voltage?
Be sure all return resistors R9717-22 are good; as their traces too.
Check if D9701 isn't shorted (A-K).

D9701 Diode Mode to Ground .395
BKL_PWM is 3.1V
R9722/21/20/19/18//17 is 0.5 Ohms

It has two pins and no idea where did you get that diode mode reading!
Such reading is not relevant anyway, if you get 12V on backlight output.

As far as I know, a diode has two pins: Anode and Kathode.
Marked both even on the schematic!

My question wasn't that.
However, considering these readings, diode isn't shorted; which I was wating to know at beggining.
Change U9701.
