Diode mode to ground at L7095?
Post U7090 voltages.

Also removing C7095.
Check proper (ohm) value of R7095/6/7.
Playing with their values, you can adjust output voltage; as per bottom formula.

Post PM_BATLOW_L, PCH_DSWVRMEN, PM_DSW_PWRGD, SMC_ADAPTER_EN and the 4 RTC signals.
