MACBOOK A1466 820-00165 PPBUS AT 8.2V

Device came in for a not turning on issue.
It has no Magsafe Light and PPBUS at 8.18V
Some corossion at SMC. Removed. Jumpered a few pads. Installed a new SMC. Still no change.
SMC_AVREF was missing. Repaced U5110.
Now i get fan spin ( at max because SMC needs programming as the donor board was different). But still no magsafe and PPBUS was at 8.18V

i am getting
PM_SLP_S4_L
ALLSYSPWRGD
SMC_RESET_L

CPU seems to heat up.

I am assuming it may be SMC or a CPU issue. or is it something else ?

Possibly corrosion underneath PCH/CPU too.
You can try heating to eliminate it.

First check all SPI Bus Termination resistors and their traces to SMC and PCH area.
Also check if PLT_RESET_L goes high.
