Macbook A1466 820-00165

Device has partial backlight and the light flickers as well. Tried a known good display. its the same.
PPHV_S0SW_LCDBKLT is 25V. so that is fine.
What can be the issue here ?

Did you test disconnecting webcam?
Keyboard backlight works correctly?

KP Backlight works fine.
Even without webcam its having issues.
As we increase or decrease the brightness the light flickers. Sometimes LEDS on the left go off and sometime the one on the right go off.

If already tested with known good screen, then should be video connector, or U7701 problems.
Just in case, start checking all R7717-22 resistors and their traces.

Replaced R7715 and R7731 as there was some corrosion. Issue not completely resolved . Replacing U7701 now and checking.
