Macbook A1502 820-3476 hdmi and thunderbolt external monitor not working

Hi,

Got this machine water damaged. Had been repaired and seems all working ok except of external monitor. When i conect HDMI or Thunderbolt the macbook display start blinking constantly and external monitor says "no signal"

Is that logic board or sofware issue?

The HDMI port is on the I/O Board, so my guess is bad I/O board/I/O Cable on that one. Thunderbolt is a total waste of time, and I would completely forget about it.

Already tried to change board. My guess is U9750 fucked.

I was wright. Reballed u9750 and hdmi and thunderbolts now working.
