Did you check USB activity and Caps Lock LED reaction?

The backstory is as banal as always, I didn’t turn it on this morning. The battery is not charging (by the way)! The touchpad works. Caps lock won't turn on.

The board can't boot with CPU core stuck at 1.05V; it should drop to 0.65V aprox.

Try known good BIOS, clean ME.

You have another problem with the battery.
You've mentioned before touching BIOS that battery wasn't charging.

Be sure its data cable is OK.
Should test with known good battery.
