Macbook A1708 820-00840 No Camera

Board Came in for No charging.
Corrossion near Q3200 and C4004.

Washed it off. Machine now charges and battery percentage increases but no camera. ( Says Camera not connected)
Getting Voltage at the affected C4004 CAP - PP1V35_CAM line.

Confirmed that it is not a flexgate issue by using this display assembly on another board.

Check 5V_S0_ALSCAM_F (J8500).

Yes Auto brightness works when putting a flashlight on the camera sensor.

With extension flex connected 5V_S0_ALSCAM_F at L4010 is 5V.
Without Extension Flex 5V_S0_ALSCAM_F at J8500 is 5V.

Diode Mode is .463

Be sure R4000/2 and R4022/3 are all good.
Check if U4000 gets all voltages.
Also check L4007/9 and L4080-85.

L4080/1/4/5 all are 2.2 Ohms
L4407/9
Checked Across Pins 2 and 3 & 1 and 4 is 3 Ohhms

Check U3900's power lines.
Inspect surrounding components and traces for corrosion.

Customer Said he has no use of the camera. Charging issue resolved.
