Macbook A1932 820-01521 Not Booting

Customer says machine turns on sometimes.
Pulliing 20V and fluctuating current.
Sometime I get the battery sign or a backlight flash and then it goes back again.
PPBUS fluctuating from 12.3V to 12.6V constantly. Tried DFU Revive . Still the same.

How the problem appeared?

Test the machine disconnecting audio flex.

I tested. It's the same. Even disconnected all connections.
Just used charging port / battery and display. Still the same.

Test disconnecting LCD also.

Checked bare board on bench. PPBUS fluctuates .

Performed a DFU Restore. It's on for now. Let me use it for sometime and see.

After Re installing the OS it turned on with the Black Screen = Your computer restarted because of a problem"
