Corrosion around C6406 and L6501.
Nothing Short.

J6700 burned and melted completely.

PPBUS_G3H is 12.6V.
AMP Meter constant at 20V.

Did you clean J6700 area?

Removed the Burned J6700.
Few Points on the boards are also melted.

Put the board on charge to see amp draw. It Reboots 2-3 times and then goes upto 20V and the reboots again.
Saw some smoke coming from behind if J6700 as well.

So you have leakage between some traces, or internal copper layers.

You should locate the area where the smoke came from and clean it.
