Macbook A1990 820-01814 Not Turning On

Drawing 20V
PPBUS at 12.6V
Trackpad Click is there but no caps lock light.
No External Display.

Found PPVOUT_S0_BKLT to be shorted diode reading 0.082.
Injected 1V and removed the shorted cap.

Now it is just showing charging sign but wont turn on.

DFU revive ?
