Macbook A2159 TouchBar Flicker and Reboot

Hello,
This Macbook came in for a Display replacement about 6 months ago. Display was replaced and checked and kept. Everything was working.
The client came today to take delivery. We charged it and kept it ready and saw that the touchbar isnt working and the Machine is rebooting in sometime with the black error message the computer restarted because of a problem press any key.

What can be the issue here?

Any previous liquid damage reported?
Inspect for corrosion.

No Corrosion Found

Test if works disconnecting LCD assembly; use external monitor.
Also check without touchbar connected.

We had tried a different display assembly to rule out that possibility already. Disconnected the touchbar and it didnt reboot

Then try known good touchbar.
