Came in for no backlight.
A bad cap was the issue. Solved that.
device turns on with battery connected but will not turn on - on charger only.
It draws 20V and close to zero amps.
When battery is connected it wont charge the battery.
Thermal. Scanning showed a cap on G3H_PMU_VDDMAIN heating up. replaced that. Still the same.
NO shorts anywhere.
PP1V8_SLPS2R pulsing.
Replaced U6903 and U7800 as well.
Still dont know what is the issue
