Macbook A2179 Stuck at 20V

Machine came in with Battery Swollen and stuck at Apple Logo without the Loading Bar. No Chime. Unable to enter recovery mode.

Performed a DFU Revive. It kind of stopped half way without any error and I get the padlock sign and its same as before.

Board is clean.
Found some green on the the USB C Port. Replaced it.

No History Available for this.

Did a DFU Restore. machine turns on with a globe sign .
Went ahead and installed the MacOS from recovery. For -2005f error. Then it didn't turn on again.

Did a DFU restore again. Restore Successful and get the padlock sign but nothing on the display. Doesn't turn on.

Test the machine disconnecting audio flex.

L7210/20/30 is 0V

Check all big coils in diode mode.
See if any is out of specs; compare with good board.

CPU may have problems..

Current Reading is 0.003 as opposed to 0.062 on a good board.

Looks like short in this case.
Very likely dead CPU...
