Macbook A2338 M1 chip Touchbar Issue

Machine came in with No Touchbar Display. Touch is working.
Tried a different chassis, Touch Bar was working so I ordered touchbars. They don't work on this A2338 but work on another A2338 M1 chip.

LID sensor working fine. Started checking RR201 - AMR_RIGHT_OR_ND_1V8 was 1.5V (Bare Board on Bench).
It should be high with audio board disconnected. Replaced RR201 with a 200k Resistor. Now it's high 1.8V. But still no Touch Bar and now the touch isn't working .

Bad lid signal would disable touch functions for Touch Bar too, not only display; 1.5V level is good enough for AMR_RIGHT_OR_ND_1V8.

So what now ?

I have swapped parts and ensured a few things.

The motherboard is okay - as this board on a different chassis - Touch Bar works.
The Touch Bar I have ordered are okay as they are working on this board + different chassis.
Something on the customers chassis is faulty that it is causing the Touch Bar to not work and I am unable to figure out what it is.

Same New Touchbar is working on a different chassis but on not on this chassis irrespective of which motherboard is there.

Turns out it was a trackpad flex issue . Replaced the cable and replaced the Touch Bar as well. Working Now.

But a weird issue I am facing. When the ,machine boots up - there is no display on the Touch Bar. Once lid is closed and opened again I get display on the Touch Bar. every time this happens
