MacBook Air 13" 2011 820-3023-A Charging problems

the magsafe doesn't light up and doesn't charge the battery except if you disconnect the battery once, any ideas?

3V42 getting to the IO board? Inspect connector on the board too for corrosion. Was this liquid?

Yes it was liquid, yes IO Board an Voltage ok.

"ok" is not a measurement. What is voltage on center pin of magsafe connector with adapter connected?

Hi, the center pin Voltage is 3,4 when Battery is disconnected. Battery Connected Voltage is 0,2 on Center pin and 6,6V on + Pins.

That does not make a lot of sense. I see no reason for the one wire to go to 0.2V when a battery is connected. Is ACOK signal staying high? Is PPBUS 8.6V without battery?

Thats what I say, it doesn't make any Sense... but when the Battery is disconnected everything works fine, reconnect the battery charges the battery. Then disconnect the Magsafe and reconnect it there no charging activity. I will check the other voltages and give u a feedback.
