Macbook Air 13 A1466 stuck loading OS X

Have two of them one a1466 second A1502 macbook pro 13 same symptoms ,start chime try to boot from usb but loading stuck sometimes 1/4 of finishing sometimes full loading but no booting ,I leave all night and still on loading bar ,all lines measure correct

this could be a corrupted ME region.... Upload your backup.....

That is usually the ME region. Was the BIOS messed with?

Thx ye s it was bios me region ,now working fine

is it possible to fix a board if originally came with a damaged/burnt bios? normally to fix the me region u have to read it out, to see what is the ME version, but if its damaged i cant read it, is it possible to figure out based on the cpu or anyu other stuff what me region do i need? cause if i can i can use another bios and change the me region nad serial number

You can use a clean ME region which will fix it. But always best to use original in my opinion.
