Macbook AIR 2013 a1466 FUCK!

So i spent half a day fixing this board and boom fan spin cpu heating up!!! YAY!!!!! !!! Reassemble no video... tryed a new lcd and boom perfect video... My question here is how do i tell this lovely amazing customer that she needs a new 250$ LCD and board repair...?$300 my rate.. ?

Why not check if it is just the LCD cable? I'd say it's a write off with LCD and board. If she does not want to pay swap the board with a parts board.

Sounds good duke.. Was not aware you could swap the sables on these without destroying the lcd?

It depends on how careful you are when removing the screen bezel.

If there is no visible damage to the connector chances will be small though.
