Hi. I have problem with macbook air 2015 board 820-00165. I got it from customer who looks like to try fix this laptop himself. There was lots of flux on efi chipset. What ever. I got clean bin file for a1466 emc 2925 and added serial number from the bottom of macbook. After reprogram chip and solder to main board reset pram and smc laptop is loading to half bar and is stop. I change for another fully working ssd but is still this same problem. Anybody can help with this?

ME region problem!!!, you can't replace EFI chip like that, it is not even the same model!!!..... Why did you replace bios in the first place?? What makes you think bios is the problem??

Hi. Thank you for replay. I never wanted to touch efi chipset but i seen efi chip was removed and solder very bad way. When i got this laptop i press power button the fan spin for 3 second then stop. So i reprogram bios and now is powering up but loading bar going to half way and stop. Not moving at all now. Not sure what to do now.

Well if you do not have the original backup you are fucked. I have no clean ME for these boards, maybe someone else here? Post a link to your ROM file here too.

I understand that. Any BIOS that you program must have a clean ME region for it to work. I have no file with a clean ME for these boards at this time. Your problem is the "ME region". Instructions on how to make a clean ME region can be found with Google.
