Macbook Air - 820-00165 / No green Light!

Hi guys, need your help. Want to take this repair step by step with your help and hopefully solve it. Macbook Air, no green light. Customer said the laptop just died for no apparent reason.
What to check first? I have no voltage on this pin 1.

Disconnect LIO flex, keep only 5 pins DC cable connected to LIO board.
MLB should automatically start when charger is connected; no Magsafe light, of course.
Once you get the MLB working, then you'll connect LIO flex, to see if Magsafe light comes on.

Start posting exact voltage for PPBUS_G3H and 3V42 power rails; charger only, no battery.
