Macbook Air 820-00165 restarts when charger is connected

Liquid damaged macbook with shorted SMC. SMC been replaced (same model donor board). Now mac turns on but it restarts straight away if charger is connected. Same happends with everything disconnected (bare motherboard only). Power board and flex cable are working ok with other boards, trackpad and keyboard are ok as well. Also it restarts if I try to open launchpad( tried with battery only, with unplugged battery or battery and charger connected). Fan starts to spin full speed after 1 min, facetime says that temperature is too high but HW monitor shows all temperatures are normal

Does it restart on charger only?
If yes, in which point?

Disconnect internal SSD and try known good USB test OSX.
Always better to discard software issue...

As I wrote in my first post, it restarts with a bare motherboard as well, everything is disconnected, only battery and power board (no LIO cable). Restarts straight away if charger is connected. Same with original charger and a lab power supply. If I boot fresh system from usb it also restarts if I try to launch Launchpad

From last post looks like you start with ONLY battery and board restarts when charger is connected.
I said to test if board restarts with ONLY charger connected, NO battery at all.

I already said that in my first post :
"Also it restarts if I try to open launchpad( tried with battery only, with unplugged battery or battery and charger connected)''

Try clean ME BIOS.
Links already posted on the forum.
Also check if still restarts on SMC bypass mode.

From your first post (nor other) was not clear if you started with charger only.
When you said battery unplugged, I wanted to confirm; if didn't unplug battery when running.
I try to help and need clear information.
Looks like you've just got annoyed...

Possibly crap accumulated underneath BGA chips.
You can try heating them (especially CPU) with good flux.
No more than 180-200 degrees; just to burn the crap, no need to melt the balls.
Finish with ultrasonic bath.

Restart problem solved by replacing smc from another donor board, now I need to solve a problem with fan running fast, If I try facetime it says temperasture is too high

same with connected and disconnected camera. If camera is connected it reacts to torch light. What else can cause it?

Did you try known good working trackpad board/flex and LIO board/flex for sure?
If yes, then inspect under microscope LIO and trackpad connectors from MLB.
Also check/resolder U5800/10 areas.

All the parts were tested with other boards, LIO and trackpad connectors are clean and checked. U5800/10 areas are cleann as well, also I changed both chips to check. Still no luck
