Macbook air 820-3437 No Sound / icon showing

Hey everyone. have a problem with Macbook Air 820-3437

1. No chime
2. Audio icon showing

Computer works fine otherwise.

Any suggestions? thank you

Almost all the times I faced this issue, it was solved with good cleaning of headphones connector.
BTW, do you get headphones sound?

Did you try known good LIO board and cable?

Thank you so much.. It really worked.. I changed the LIO Board and direct the CHIME and AUDIO was working again. Million thanks..
