Macbook Air A1466 820-00165-A No Display No Lights

Hello sulit here again.

I have another macbook air no display green light present.Upon checking putting usb to chime,no display but fan is spinning.

Tested Components
F7700=8.5v
L7701=0v
D7701=0v
R7704=0v

For those who have an experties for this issue please help me.

Do you get image at least?
Caps Lock light reacts?
Do you have USB activity?

I did not get an image.USB No Activity no Lights
and Keyboard Lights not working also.

No reason to check the backlight circuit then.

Do you get voltage on all coils?

In many of his youtube videos for beginners Louis starts by checking different voltages (page 62 in schematics). Usually first step is to check these voltages to find out which is missing.
