I am not getting any light / fan spin or any voltage whatsoever on the board.

I changed the Flex or the small charging board as well. Still the same.

Did you check diode mode to ground on some test points?

Possibly input leakage detected by original charger.
Did you try with fake charger, or lab PSU?

Tried a PSU. Same. No Current Draw.

What diode mode readings do you need ?
