I don't see any short, or low value.
Seems to get too many OL readings.
Did you check all them with red probe on ground?
I still suspect T2, because of corrosion between U6400 balls...

When turning on the logicboard with usb-c connector and display connected it now stays on "19.6V / 0.33-35A" (T2 and CPU are getting warm).
