Hi, I have the following case:

This Macbook got spilled over the right charging ports with coffee. I noticed signs of coffee around the connector of the LCD display.
After thorough cleaning, I noticed that coil L8504 is burnt.
Voltage is stuck at 5V, current is going up to 53mA and then drops to 0A and stays like that on all USB-C ports.
There is no short circuit on the board.

Here are some measurements I did:

PP3V3_G3H_RTC_X - OK
PP1V8_SLPS2R - OK
PP20V_USBC_XA_VBUS - OK
LOD on type C hubs - ОК
PP5V_G3S - OK
PP3V3_G3H_T - OK
PP0V82_SLPDDR - OK
PP1V8_SLPS2R - OK
PP1V1_SLPS2R - OK
PP0V9_SLPDDR - OK
PP3V3_G3H_SOCPMU - OK
PPVCCPRIMCORE_PRIM_REG - ОК

I replaced all 4 USB-C hubs but no success.
When I power on the Macbook, battery is charging.
Other damage from the spillage isn't noticed.

I'm in a dead end.
Thank you!

First of all, welcome to the forum!

Check diode mode to ground on EDP_INT lines of J8500.
Pay atention to pins 1 & 3.
Also check at pin 46.

Test the board alone on the desk; nothing connected, apart of charger.

I found the problem, Pin 1 and 3 have short circuit. Multiplexor U9850 was faulty. Removed it and Macbook booted up on external monitor.

Thank you so much for your help! :)
