Hi, I got the macbook pro 2016 820-00281-A that doesnt boot, I checked almost all rails and they are present, didnt find any short and the amp sequence looks ok but doesnt boot. trackpad enabled, keyboard shift key light not present, when I insert a usb stick its light turns on for a sec. but then no activity. with display disconnected and connected to external monitor same problem. I reflashed the bios with a clean me bin that I downloaded from this forum no difference.

L7211, L7221, L7231 on boot: 1.112 then 0.700 A

PCH and other chips get hot but not really hot (please see pics)
The videos are the amperage behaviour while booting, the first is with the battery attached, the second is without battery attached. When the battery is connected doesnt make one reboot cycle. I think the battery is already charged because before with the battery connected it was using like 1Amp more. Both videos are with the board connected (everything connected) I tried disconnecting one by one trackpad, keyboard, touchpad, etc and same problem.

Battery attached

No Battery attached

Any history available?
CPU core should drop to 0.6V aprox, when machine really boots.

There may be CPU, or GPU problem.
PLT_RESET_L comes high?

"PLT_RST_L : 3.3V"
Once power on sequence is completed, there must be some communication problem on a data bus.
