I have a problem with macbook pro 2016, I tried smc reset but it wont turn on after i press the power button, I replace with new motherboard and problem is the same. The backlight on the keyboard is not working also, what could be a problem what should i change in order to work normally

More detail, I have battery problem, so i changed the battery and it looks it was working normal but after i first restart it shows not charging and 1% battery, like I said keyboard backlight didnt worked even i bought new keyboard with bottom plate. I tried smc reset but i just cant tun on machine after pressing shift,control,option and power button. So i bought new motherboard since i tought its motherboard issue but after attaching new motherboard problems didnt go away, its still the same. I can boot to system, fan is spinning but it seems the macbook is very slow. What could be a problem and how to solve it?
Possibly ALS issue, that explains unworking KB backlight and slow system.

Is that new chinese battery?
I strongly recommend to test with known good battery, even old.
Test all the KB, be sure specific keys for SMC reset work properly.
