Okay, it's unanswered.

Took the board to a specialist, they replaced NAND with same type/capactiy NAND from an iCloud locked board, still the same. When i plug the usb-c charger it switches from 5V to 20v and then reboots in a loop instantly. PPBUS_AON is switching between 12.06V-12.36V (even with disconnected battery). Tried to restore (via iTunes and Apple Configurator 2 too), error 4042.

A bad battery can cause this behaviour? I noticed that it has 12.06V and cannot charge it.

Or what should i check next?

You may need to connect a good battery and trackpad.
Unfortunately, we don't have a list with boards which can perform DFU w/, or w/o specific accessories connected.

Also the information about error codes is not very clear...

Hi, i'm back. With known good battery and trackpad the problem is the same.

Reassembled the Macbook, noticed that PP3V8_AON is fluctuating between 3.3-3.8V when battery is installed and charger not connected. Is this normal? Any suggestions what should i try next?

If NANDs are good, there may be a problem with CPU, if still fails DFU.
